Refunds are not available once a test has been performed or if DNA kits or supplies have been shipped, under no circumstance.
Appointment can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to testing.

Recommended not to breastfeed baby 2 hours prior to being tested.
There is a 15 minute grace period. No refund issued for no shows.

Results sent to paying client ONLY.
